3/11/08, Bakers Choice sewer expansion, vote on the purchase of a new Paramedic vehicle.
7/08/08, Silver Creek Transfer of Development Rights approval (vote was tabled after a 3-3 deadlock), votes on the Employee of the Month process (he voted against it in committee), Chelesa Village land buy back (he voted against it in committee), and two new developments were discussed and declined, Grey Dawn and Soldier Field.
