MY OPPONENT's voting record on allowing new sub-divisions to be exempted from the County's Adequate Public Facilities Ordinances (APFO) for schools, roads, water&sewer, and EMS.  These APFO's require developers to contribute to providing infrastructure affected by their developments, unless of course they are exempted....
